Job Description

  • Lead team of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large scale OutSystems applications.
  • Work with internal technical teams and vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Expected to be hands-on and develop key components of web and mobile applications development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption.
  • Investigate and resolve issues and perform end-to-end investigation and fixes
  • Understand customers’ requirements, translate requirements into technical solutions and lead delivery team to implement solutions that will meet functional, technical, performance and business KPIs. 
  • Engage in pre-sales activities. Participate in client discussions to understand their current technical landscape, and their existing pain-point and challenges.
  • Uncover potential areas of value-add. Evaluate tender requirements, perform solutioning and effort estimation of work.
  • Understand technology areas beyond application development to propose robust solutions (e.g. hardware, network, integrating to third party software) 

Qualifications

  • An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline with at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in .NET or Java, and database modelling and SQL Proficient in OutSystems OS11 and ODC Platform (with relevant certifications) and front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS Candidates with experience in telecommunications and government-related sectors, mobile application development, content management systems, integration experience will be preferred.
  • Candidates with cybersecurity knowledge, and experience in platforms like UIPath, Splunk, ServiceNow, will have an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and has the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
  • Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility.
  • The candidate shall be both a team player and leader who possesses strong interpersonal skills.
