Responsibilities

-Assist in providing technical support for enterprise network environments

-Resolve incidents by troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, and analyzing system logs for potential issues.

-Support network projects and Tech-Refresh initiatives

-Participate in on-call rotation for network support

-Perform routine network maintenance tasks

-Assist in monitoring network performance

-Collaborate with team members on service delivery

-Demonstrate problem-solving skills for network issues

-Communicate technical concepts effectively

-Deliver quality network support in a team environment

-Commit to continuous learning of network technologies

Requirements

-Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent

-at least 2 years of experience in network support or administration

-Good Knowledge of network technologies, OSI model, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN

-Familiarity with WLAN solutions (eg. HPE Aruba)

-Entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA)

-Ability to configure and maintain network devices under guidance

-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

-Good communication and teamwork abilities

-Eagerness to learn and adaptability to new technologies
