Job Description

The Network & Security Support Engineer role is for a StarHub Subsidiary. The Engineer will be based at StarHub Green to coordinate, manage the scope as stated below: 

-    Assist Lead Engineer in delivery of new network or tech-refresh projects.
-    Assist Lead Engineer in coordination with Project Managers to properly execute the projects’ scope of work.
-    Assist to provide regular and timely projects updates to key stakeholders.
-    Assist Lead Engineer in the preparation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and other projects documentations as required.
-    Assist in the completion of required User Acceptance Test (UAT) or relevant customer required test to with proper documentations.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in network and/or security deployment of network infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of fundamentals network and security technologies, including switching, firewalls, access networks and wireless networks.
- Good customer interaction, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to follow instruction from Lead Engineer on project implementation.
