Job Description

The Mobility Sales Specialist at StarHub engages enterprise customers, builds, identifies, drives, orchestrates and closes opportunities with customers by providing enterprise mobility solutions in accordance with customers’ mobility needs including IoT Connectivity, Mobile Application, Voice & Data Connectivity and Mobility Managed Services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the account team on account planning, GTM initiatives and sales strategies, and build long-term strategic relationship with customers
  • Work with internal stakeholders (DSU, JOS and ICT) to propose cost-effective solutions according to customers’ requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities that help to meet both organizations’ business objectives
  • Provide one-stop shop experience to customers for mobility and communications related StarHub services
  • Ensure support or tasks requested by VP of EBG Sales/ Head of Mobility are completed on time and effectively
  • Proactively monitor and provide feedback on market competitive landscape changes, competition and provide feedback on noteworthy activities (eg new product offerings, industry trends, pricing, services) to sales and product teams

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant sales experiences in mobility solutions and communication, with experience in opportunity and account leadership and a track record of successful sales in Enterprise Mobility or related solutions
  • Independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus
  • Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
  • High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
