Job Description
This role plays a key part in driving growth for StarHub’s Consumer Business Group by supporting full-funnel marketing campaigns and data-driven growth initiatives. We are looking for a proactive, agile, and detail-oriented team player to drive day-to-day marketing activities and assist in key campaign launches.Working closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you will be help manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensure organizational launch readiness, and run growth experiments to drive new user acquisition and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns and promotional activities across both paid and owned channels.
- Develop sharp, comprehensive briefs for external agencies to create assets.
- Manage the asset submission process to media agencies, ensuring all creative variants and copy are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure message consistency across all digital and retail touchpoints.
- Assist in analysing customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to help identify new growth opportunities.
- Support and run test-and-learn initiatives across creatives, messaging, offers, and user journeys to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with upcoming product launches and business priorities.
- Track and monitor allocated marketing budgets to ensure accurate tracking and efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing or related fields
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Good understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys and campaign performance metrics
- Commercially driven with a proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration. Must have a strong command of both written and spoken English.
