Manager - Performance Marketing

Job Description

  • Subject Matter Expert in Performance Marketing and be able to drive key performance marketing initiatives for StarHub products.
  • Must have senior key stakeholder management experience, comfortable with presenting key performance strategy and outcome to senior management team.
  • Prepares and Reviews media reports, analysis and recommendations and provides inputs to all LoBs​ and senior management. Be comfortable with crafting stories and recommendations to next steps.
  • Able to develop digital media plans and strategy to ensure campaigns are able to achieve their intended performance targets.
  • Implements Affiliate, Social, Display, Programmatic and SEM campaigns in partnership with agency, marcoms and marketing owners​ to drive revenue.
  • Has experience managing social media and SEO teams and/or agency prior.
  • Manages budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
  • Ensures successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Identifies and tests new tactics and channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Works closely with the internal stakeholder to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results, create audience segments on DMP/CDP and push it to multiple media channels and platforms.
  • Ensures that all marketing and advertising tracking codes and tagging on website for digital advertising campaigns are set up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and related field or equivalent experience.
  • You have about 10 years experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital and programmatic channels.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google/Adobe Analytics experience
  • You are able to drive and front some meetings to internal stakeholders (including senior management) with confidence and ease. You can hold it on your own independently, without much guidance, when fronting meetings/ managing emails from internal stakeholders.
  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on, while being able to go the extra mile to ensure goals are being hit are required.
  • Basic understanding of Adtech and Martech tools; Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch.
