Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
- Develop and administer variable pay programs, such as bonus plans, sales incentives, and profit-sharing schemes.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to ensure that compensation programs support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and merit-based salary adjustments.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to maintain equitable and transparent job grading and pay structures.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance in all programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters and policies.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis on compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness to senior management.
- Other project involvement includes leading benefits harmonization and tendering processes to optimize employee benefits and cost-effectiveness, etc as per management directions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably in a public listed companies.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, performance management, and benefit administration.
- Experience in managing executive compensation and incentive programs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
