Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
  • Develop and administer variable pay programs, such as bonus plans, sales incentives, and profit-sharing schemes.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to ensure that compensation programs support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and merit-based salary adjustments.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to maintain equitable and transparent job grading and pay structures.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance in all programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports and analysis on compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness to senior management.
  • Other project involvement includes leading benefits harmonization and tendering processes to optimize employee benefits and cost-effectiveness, etc as per management directions.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably in a public listed companies.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, performance management, and benefit administration.
  • Experience in managing executive compensation and incentive programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
