 We are looking for a passionate team player to join us as Manager, Product (Home Broadband). You will:
⦁    Deliver SH’s HBB product roadmap (including smarthome)
⦁    Develop and execute CPE HBB roadmap including technology choices and vendor selection
⦁    Manage product home broadband including CPE, but also support legacy services (such as landline phone, enquiry service, etc)
⦁    Develop business cases to justify investments and new initiatives
⦁    Liaise with internal stakeholders such as IT, Network, Customer Service, Sales, Digital, Finance and Go-to-Market teams
⦁    Manage CAPEX and OPEX budget for HBB
⦁    Continuously improve and simplify HBB customer journey with a strong focus on digital journey

Qualifications

⦁    Degree in management, marketing, economics or a closely related field
⦁    Min 5 years of related work experience in telco/ TV or fixed operator
⦁    FMCG/Telco product/ marketing experience
⦁    Significant experience in project monitoring and reporting 
⦁    Experience managing vendors
⦁    Management experience of teams is a bonus
