Job Description

This role will be in a position to build StarHub’s reputation and distinctive positioning by building the strategy, implementing executions to raise brand awareness among consumers, and developing campaigns/marketing programs that drive trial and acquisitions for products and services within the Consumer Business Group.

With a customer-first mindset, this individual will plan and organise product launches, marketing communication campaigns, and promotional events that drive business goals for our range of products and services. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market to ensure alignment and progress toward shared goals.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to increase awareness of StarHub to achieve business targets and promote market growth
  • Plan and implement multi-channel full-funnel campaigns to drive customer acquisitions including but not limited to paid media campaigns and email marketing
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure paid media campaign efficiencies and maximise ROI
  • Create, organize, and manage virtual and in-person events and consumer show participation to engage CBG customers
  • Manage and optimize website content to effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience
  • Monitor and analyse business performance to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing strategies
  • Analyse customer insights, market and competitor intelligence to deliver recommendations that drive effective segmentation, and tailor strategies to address the unique needs of existing and new customers as well as identify opportunities in growth sectors
  • Identify and manage marketing partnerships that drive business targets and goals
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
  • Over 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on consumer marketing preferred
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing campaigns, cross-functional projects, and driving results
  • Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communications skills
  • Creative and analytical thinker
  • Experience with event management, content creation, campaign management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
  • Thrive in managing multiple diverse projects under fast-paced conditions and shifting priorities
