Manager, Marketing Automation / Special Projects

This role encompasses to bring up a full stack marketing automation system which can execute automated and manual campaigns for segmented and mass market customers to drive retention and churn management, upsell and cross sell initiatives to meet monthly and yearly target KPIs including MA business case.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Utilize HCL Unica's advanced capabilities to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored for diverse customer segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and customers insights.
  • Leverage HCL Unica's analytics and segmentation tools to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Design campaigns that deliver personalized and relevant content to customers, enhancing their overall experience with StarHub.
  • Drive targeted marketing initiatives using HCL Unica to nurture customers across different stages of their journey, from acquisition to retention.
  • Analyze campaign results to identify opportunities for further personalization and optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of HCL Unica to ensure the platform is being utilized to its fullest potential.
  • Regularly review campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HCL Unica with other marketing tools and platforms within StarHub.
  • Provide training sessions and workshops for the campaign team on HCL Unica functionalities, ensuring the team is well-equipped to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Share best practices and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HCL Unica-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure campaigns align with customer expectations and business goals.

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Management, Computing, technology or a closely related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years work experience, at least 5 years in telco/service industry managing Campaign operations
  • Proficient in new product development, Digital transformation and Marketing Automations projects implementation
  • Good working knowledge with relational database, Unica, Tableau as well as SQL
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good vendor management skills
