Learning & Development (L&D) Lead
A. Learning Strategy Co-Creation and Execution
• Alignment of Business Outcomes to be achieved (Employee Learning Hours, etc.)
• Development and ongoing enhancement of Learning & Development strategy, including its embedment into key HR Functions (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management etc.)
• Supporting StarHub’s success by allowing for L&D to enable improved organization performance and a more engaged workforce
B. Review and Support Execution of Learning Plan for all Divisions
• Identification of key Job Families who will benefit from L&D roadmaps taking into consideration Division and Department goals
• Development of Technical Skills map for all levels within identified Job Family
• Work with Leaders/HRBPs to co-create L&D roadmap for Divisions which will include clear Learning Objectives, Prioritization, Timeline, Budget and Learning Hours
C. Review and streamline Training Providers
• Research and identify appropriate learning partners based on Organization’s learning needs
• Analyse past and ongoing learning programmes to establish effectiveness and optimize Training Providers’ list and offerings as required
• Work with Business Lead and HRBPs to identify and apply for suitable Government Grants that will support Organization/Division learning plans
D. Learning Management / Analytics and Reporting
• Leverage HR System to identify pertinent skills gaps and learning needs
• Develop key success metrics for Learning across Organization / Divisions
• Advise Division Leaders/HRBPs should Learning Objectives are be achieved post Training
E. Continuous Enablement of Learning Culture within StarHub
• Lead and run Organization level Learning Engagement Activities (e.g. Lunch & Learn)
• Plan and execute Organization-level learning programmes designed to build an culture of learning for all StarHubbers
• Activate, engage and train stakeholder groups critical for Learning Culture success within the organization (HRBPs, Division Learning Champions, People Managers, Employees, etc.)
• Leveraging on available Learning platforms
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
• Degree in Business / Human Resources with at least 8 years of Learning and Development experience.
• Experience in linking Learning needs with Business Outcomes
• Desire to build and drive a Skills-powered organization
• Digitally-savvy and adept with the use of digital Learning tools
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
