StarHub is looking for an experienced and dynamic Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving employee engagement and enhancing our internal communications to create a supportive and thriving workplace for all StarHubbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Engagement Strategies: Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives that align with our organizational objectives and foster a vibrant, positive work culture.

  • Enhance Internal Communications: Create and manage compelling internal communication campaigns that ensure effective dissemination of information and alignment with company goals.

  • Employee Feedback and Recognition: Implement programs to gather employee feedback, analyse engagement data, and develop impactful strategies for improvement. Develop and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and milestones.

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner closely with senior leaders and HR partners to understand business needs and develop engagement strategies that drive business success.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital signage, that resonate with our diverse workforce.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute dynamic internal events and activities that promote employee engagement, foster team cohesion, and enhance the StarHub culture.

  • Create Outcomes for a Learning Organization: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, focusing on growth mindset and curiosity.

  • Monitor and Report Metrics: Utilize HR analytics to track engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving successful engagement initiatives.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with an ability to align engagement initiatives with organisational goals.

  • Proactive and Resilient: A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative and Innovative: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique and impactful engagement strategies.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Team Player: A collaborative team player who actively contributes to a positive team spirit.
