Job Description

The internship will support the development of enterprise AI applications that leverage Generative AI and agentic workflows to improve business processes and user productivity. He/She will work with the engineering team to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise platforms, while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, cloud development, and software engineering best practices.

Scope of Work:

The intern will work alongside the engineering team to:

• Design and develop AI agents for enterprise use cases.
• Build and enhance agentic workflows using modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and external tools into AI applications.
• Develop prototype applications and user interfaces to demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Assist in building proof-of-concepts for intelligent automation and decision support solutions.
• Perform software testing, debugging, and optimisation.
• Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilies:

• Develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design and implement AI agent workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop lightweight frontend interfaces and application features.
• Perform testing, debugging, and feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Deliverables:

• Design and develop at least one AI agent or AI-enabled application feature
• Implement and integrate APIs or AI services into an existing application
• Produce technical documentation

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in programming concepts, with proficiency in Python. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS), databases, or version control (Git) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI agent frameworks is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
