Inside Sales Executive

Acquisition Sales: Proactively do outbound calls to target new customers or existing customers and sell StarHub service. Prevent SME Churn by proactively doing mobile & business broadband renewal with the customer.

• Meet or exceed personal sales targets as established
• Development of New Business Customers in target sales sectors. 
• Do daily Outbound calls to prospect or target customers according to Marketing campaigns
• Lead generation from Sales Enquiries from Business Mailbox and 1800 Sales Hotline
• Direct cross-sales or upsell StarHub service to SME existing customers

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone & email with high-level decision makers, department heads or senior managers, etc;
• Ability to work independently and good team player;
• Results-oriented with strong customer focus;
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-moving and challenging environments;
• Prior sales experience within the industry is an advantage
