Job Description
⦁ Key point of contact for all sales related matters under bulk tender
⦁ Provide accurate quotation to customers
⦁ Maintain the bulk tender general mailbox and response to customers on all queries of all the bulk tenders responsively
⦁ Liaise with agencies on the queries of contractual period/termination/Recontract Quotation/Relocation/Upgrade-Downgrade.
⦁ Liase with internal stakeholders to ensure that the case is closed
⦁ Liaise with different internal departments to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of billing and reporting.
⦁ Liaise with customers in the event of a billing dispute and work with internal stakeholders to close the case.
⦁ Ensure that the service requests are retrieved and processed timely
⦁ Work with Agencies if information retrieved is incomplete
Qualifications & Interpersonal
- At least 3 years of sales experience in an IT/ Telco company managing corporate customers will have an added advantage
- Prior experience working with government agencies would be an asset
- Prior experience in conducting business in the commercial industry are preferred
- Diploma with min. 3 years working experience
