Responsibilities
- Accountability for sales quota, execution of marketing campaigns, programs, goals, and objectives set out by the company.
- Lead Inside Account Managers to ensure that set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
- Monitoring of Inside Account Managers productivity, sales and support them to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Able to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Handle escalations from their team members and customers.
- Develop plans to increase operational efficiency to drive overall sales volume.
- Manage their assigned team members performance through constant review.
- Monitor call volume and various set SLA to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Drive the team to achieve their NPS targets.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Responsible for Inside Account Managers adherence to established procedures.
Qualifications
- Preferably a degree holder with at least 3 years Inside Sales or Telemarketing Team management experience.
- Preferably with people management & managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services.
- Possess initiative, assertiveness in decision making and independent, with the desire and ability to drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
- Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Excellent English comprehension, writing skills, good interpersonal, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate others through coaching and mentoring.
