Job Description


Reporting to Chief, Enterprise Business Group, the Head of Enterprise Marketing defines and articulates the vision of enterprise business to drive market adoption and achieve desired market share, revenue growth and profitability objectives.  The incumbent will be responsible for Marcomm activities, oversee Market Intelligence, Analytics Reporting, Product and enterprise Sales & ICT marketing for the Enterprise Group. 


  • Partner product managers and sales leaders to understand and positively impact the product roadmap to ensure that is aligned with market trends, customer input and corporate direction.
  • Deliver innovative, integrated, compelling and high-impact sales and marketing content and strategies to help sales drive opportunities to closure which includes creation of product presentations, technical briefs, data sheets, success story collaterals, competitive information, webinar presentations, conference speaking opportunities and industry articles etc.
  • Manage and launch marcom campaigns and events, including social media campaigns and engage in digital marketing within EBG.  Ensure the strategies are aligned and there is cost effectiveness in execution – that StarHub is Top of Mind for all things Enterprise Sales in the ICT space
  • Work with Brand team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities within EBG, while distinguishing EBG through our Branding initiatives.
  • Consistently analyze the market and competitive landscape to provide recommendations for both product and EBG’s direction
  • Maintain an overview of the EBG overall marketing posture along with SME Marketing and Branding initiatives.


  • Degree in Marketing, advertising and/or communications
  • At least 15 years of experience in the same field is required, in Telco or ICT industry
  • At least 10 years of supervisory experience in managing teams
  • Strong Social Media and Digital Marketing experience
  • Equipped with up-to-date knowledge of best in class marketing practice and having an eye for creative marketing opportunities to help StarHub “punch above its weight”.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
