The role of the People Operations & Systems (POS) Manager will be to oversee our HR Information System initiatives, ensuring our HRIS function becomes an enabler to a supportive and inclusive work environment, where every StarHub employee can thrive and contribute to our collective success.   

 

Key roles & responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the implementation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of all HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors + others), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements, collaborating with internal stakeholders (in the POS team, HR Business Partner team, and Information Services team), as well as external vendors
  • Focus on enhancing existing, or identifying new tools that can enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Play a key role in the development of policies and procedures related to employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding (through the lens of new technologies

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimising HRIS platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations (including but not limited to, employment law, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance requirements)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with HRIS implementation and integrations
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business and people outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement within the organization
