Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the new entity, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for candidate selection.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
2. HR Business Partnering:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and supporting Singapore HQ to drive business success.
- Collaborate with Singapore HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies.
- Consult on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to address challenges.
3. People Operations:
- With support from an HR executive, oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Singapore HQ practices, but also ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition, people operations, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations in Malaysia.
• Experience in successfully establishing HR processes and practices in new entities or international locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
