StarHub is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our organisation and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business through effective human resources management. This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex organisational challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
•    Recommend solutions and provide action plans aligned to business/organization’s objectives
•    Guide and implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, salary review, performance management and talent development 
•    Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
•    Utilize HR analytics to assess key HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve organizational performance.
•    Partner with the extended HR team to bring in HR functional specialists in Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development as appropriate 

Qualifications

 

•    3 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience and have worked with Business Leaders 
•    A hands-on contributor, with a positive ‘can do’ and customer-focused attitude 
•    Resilient individual with a drive to succeed, is proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision
•    Posses strong business knowledge and strategic mindset with an analytical rigor on people metrics to support business strategy
•    Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
•    Team player who actively contributes to positive team spirit
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
