StarHub is looking for a HR Business Partner, who can think and work strategically whilst also being comfortable getting into the details and execute, to drive our people agenda across an assigned portfolio to achieve business goals. 


What can a successful candidate look forward to?


  • Be the primary point of contact for the employees and leadership team for assigned business unit 
  • Provide strategic HR advice and recommend solutions and provide action plans aligned to business/organization’s objectives
  • Guide and implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, salary review, performance management and talent development 
  • Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
  • Analyse HR key metrics, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements 
  • Partner with the extended HR team to bring in HR functional specialists in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Learning and Rewards as appropriate 

What are we looking for?


  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated ability to influence, build trust and coach others
  • A hands-on contributor, with a positive ‘can do’ and customer-focused attitude 
  • Resilient individual with a drive to succeed, is proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision 
  • Strong business knowledge and strategic mindset with an analytical rigor on people metrics to support business strategy 
  • Team player actively contributing to positive team spirit 
  • Polished written and communication skills
