Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Growth Manager to join giga on a 12-month maternity cover from May 2026 to May 2027. This role will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, revenue performance, and customer lifecycle management across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will take a data-driven and experimental approach to unlock growth opportunities, working closely across brand, product, and operations. We are looking for someone with a strong challenger mindset—curious, bold, and always willing to test new ideas and bring fresh thinking to the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Own key growth metrics including funnel conversion, ARPU, and customer lifetime value
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns and initiatives through data insights

 

2. Marketing, Acquisition & Retention

  • Work with Marketing to plan and execute acquisition campaigns across digital and performance channels
  • Experiment with new channels, partnerships, and growth levers to scale efficiently
  • Drive engagement and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle
  • Design and implement CRM campaigns, offers, and journeys to improve customer stickiness
  • Identify churn drivers and implement targeted win-back strategies

 

3. Product & Commercial Optimization

  • Partner with product teams to refine pricing, packaging, and value propositions
  • Test and iterate on offers, bundles, and promotions to improve conversion and upsell
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end customer journey

 

4. Operations & Customer Experience

  • Work with Operations to oversee end-to-end operations, including customer support and service delivery. Ensure seamless, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

 

 

5. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute initiatives effectively

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience with P&L ownership in telecommunications, digital, or tech-driven businesses
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong growth and challenger mindset with a track record of driving innovation and results
  • Experience across brand/marketing, product management, and operations
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital-first or challenger brand environment
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or telecom business models

 

Contract Details

  • 12-month contract role (maternity cover) from May 2026 to May 2027
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred
