Job Description

The General Manager will lead a sales segment of the Enterprise Business Group Sales Team.  You would develop strategies and tactics aligned with sales growth targets and requirements of the industry verticals’ stakeholders and clients. The team under your charge will contact assigned customer accounts and prospects to ensure designated sales segment revenue targets are achieved or/and exceeded. You are required to build and strengthen customer relationships.  You are also required to influence and agree on mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones of go to market strategies.  You work across functional team to drive product differentiation and optimise the use of resources.  You evaluate account management effectiveness and advise on corrective actions and focus on developing new business opportunities to bring in new revenue for the Company. 

Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with preference for technology related discipline and minimum 10 years’ sales experience in solutions selling of which at least 5 years are in a sales related supervisory role
  • Experience managing and leading a team of sales people manager
  • In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environment will be preferred
  • Independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record
  • A natural leader who is nurturing and coaches team in areas of development
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus
  • Good insights of telco / SI / ICT industry
