Role Mission 

Lead the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of enterprise finance, risk, and compliance systems to drive transformation, process excellence, and strong financial governance. 

Accountabilities 

• Own end-to-end functional design and performance of Finance, Risk & Compliance systems.
• Drive ERP and consolidation transformation to enable efficient, compliant financial operations.
• Ensure harmonised, automated, and well-governed finance processes across the organisation.
• Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to shape the FRCS roadmap.
• Uphold data integrity, compliance, and system-driven financial controls. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead functional design and implementation across core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, AA, FP&A).
• Drive ERP and consolidation transformation programmes from requirements to post-go-live.
• Ensure seamless financial data integration to enable accurate reporting and compliance.
• Embed governance, internal controls, and audit requirements into system design.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams to align on priorities.
• Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement, process optimisation, and automation initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and system performance to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Enable knowledge sharing and upskilling across Finance and Technology. 

Requirements 

• 10–15 years in finance systems or enterprise transformation, including leadership roles.
• Proven success delivering ERP and consolidation transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and internal controls.
• Experience with system integration, data governance, and automated reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
