Job Scope-Floor Manager

You will be stationed at the retail shop to assist the Shop Manager to manage a team of Hub/Senior Hub Consultants and Storekeepers to sell StarHub’s suite of products and services, acquire new customers, service existing customers and meet sales and service targets assigned to the store.

You are also responsible in housekeeping and maintaining of the shop presentation for different seasonal periods.

In the retail store environment, Manager is responsible for stock management which includes daily reconciliation of stocks with zero stock discrepancies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year’s retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory position managing a team of at least 20 staff, preferably in Telecommunication/IT industry
• Strong sales acumen with good sales track record
• Service oriented with high emotional quotient (EQ)
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Quick to adapt to changes and embraces technology
• Mature and positive working attitude
• Willing to work rotating shift-hours including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to perform overtime and other duties outside of his/her job scope when required
