Job Description

• Interviewing clients telephonically to establish their ability to pay debt.
• Overcoming stall tactics and objections and suggesting sources of money for debt payments.
• Negotiating settlements by arranging clients’ payments over longer time span.
• Confirming clients’ information and payment agreements.
• Informing management regarding effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related field will be an advantage
• Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis
• Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organizational needs
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• High proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
