Product Conceptualisation
⦁    Participate in development of strategic plans, formulate product strategies and roadmaps through comprehensive analysis of market needs, target segment, competitor movements and industry trends.
⦁    Participate in defining and establishing strategic opportunity in the Consumer space, market segments and marketing propositions.
⦁    Proactively monitor and review business performance metrics and competitive landscape to gather insights, develop recommendations and execute response actions.
⦁    Collaborate with Finance and Pricing teams to perform financial simulations, profitability analysis and business case to support new pricing and product initiatives.
⦁    Work closely with head of Product Marketing to define short and long term product and retail promotional roadmaps


Product Development and Management
⦁    Responsible for overall end-to-end product management and development
⦁    Coordinate the Consumer mobility product portfolio and drive product enhancements, system, to ensure it meets and is aligned with business objectives to grow subscriber base and revenue, achieve targets and ensure optimal customer experience.
⦁    Manage the product development (including as the main liaison between Marketing and IS) of valued add services, price plans launch, device launch and weekly retail promotion. 
⦁    Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer service, Product development, IS, Network, Finance, Risk management, Digital marketing, device team and etc.
⦁    Work closely with stakeholders in the Product, Sales, Operations, and marketing groups to define and deliver the right solutions, promotional offers and go-to-market strategy and execution.
⦁    Custodian of the policy and processes of mobility products. Responsible for improvements and timely communication of policies, processes and improvements to all stakeholders
⦁    Curation of the Knowledge Management portal for reference by front-liners and internal stakeholders


Reporting and Analysis
⦁    Conduct and evaluate business analysis & product performance forecast
⦁    Track business performance; GA, Recon, Churn, device sales and ARPU
⦁    Analysis of consumer usage behaviour and identify new products/services opportunities
⦁    Track competitors’ activities and business intent with counter measure

Qualifications

⦁    Degree in management, marketing, economics or a closely related field
⦁    More than 5 years of working experience, preferably in the product or product market marketing role 
⦁    Telco experience or FMCG experience.
⦁    Strong business acumen and ability to construct and evaluate business case and business performance 
⦁    Good project management
⦁    Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff
