What can a successful candidate look forward to?

Employee Engagement

• Support the organization of employee events and programmes (e.g., townhalls, etc.)
• Liaise with Engagement Programme Providers (e.g. Event Organizers) for the successful end to end execution and fulfilment of initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person Learning events

Internal Communications

• Create collateral to communicate organization-wide programmes and initiatives to StarHubbers
• Support the review and communication of Division-level initiatives across the organization
• Engage StarHubbers for the development of employee-centric articles aimed to foster deeper Employee Engagement across the organization

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

•    A Diploma/Degree undergraduate, Human Resources or Communications disciplines desired
•    Ability to commit to a 6-month internship 
•    Creative, confident and resourceful in solving problems
•    Digitally-savvy, adept with the use of digital and social media tools & channels
•    Self-driven, with a high attention to detail
