Responsibilities

•    Overall responsible for successfully selling and negotiating Digital Workplace Solution (DWS) to client. 
•    Partner with Account Manager & Market Sector Leader to develop new Digital Workplace opportunities through consultative selling approach, driving net new business growth within the existing account base as well as supporting new client acquisition activities.
•    Lead coordinated sales approach with extended sales team members (Presales Technical Consultant, Customer Success, Commercial Management, Sales Operations, etc.) from qualification to closure, selling DWS solutions to meet IT and business requirements.
•    Develop compelling value propositions and solutions for specific customer opportunities.
•    Positions and leverage solution portfolio of DWS products and services to gain competitive advantage against competition. Promotes services as part of all opportunities where applicable. 
•    Help client transform their business requirement from large & complex client environment and translate perform required research and investigation to identify and create a holistic technology-led service solution proposals that meet customer needs.
•    Be seen as a trusted advisor for DWS, lead coordinated sales approach with extended sales team members (Presales Technical Consultant, Customer Success, Commercial Management, Sales Operations, etc.) to drive opportunities to closure. 
•    Responsible for the identification, contact, qualifications, and development of qualified new DWS opportunities
•    Manage inbound leads from Marketing and Partner/Alliance channels with timely engagement and response to inquiries to drive DWS opportunity conversions.
•    Meet and exceed DWS sales target by building sales pipeline of qualified opportunities, articulating value proposition, and delivering a winning proposal.
•    Methodically log/track customer interactions to produce regular activity reports and maintain opportunity pipeline in SFDC to provide accurate forecasts.
•    Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify and develop new DWS sales opportunities.
•    Contribute to customer contract renewals and negotiations to reduce churn.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ proven sales track record in Solution Sales for DWS (or related ICT solution).
  • Good understanding of related technology trend and ecosystem in the industry
  • Self-starter, able to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
