The Social Content Producer is responsible for developing and producing engaging, social-first digital content that supports our brand vision and marketing objectives. This is a hands-on, executional role focused on creating, adapting, and delivering content across our social media platforms, while ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual standards.
You will work closely with internal teams to bring campaigns, activations, and always-on content to life in a way that feels native, timely, and relevant to social audiences.
Job Description
- Develop and produce social-first digital content end-to-end, from ideation to production, editing, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.
- Create, shoot and edit engaging content formats (including videos, GIFs, stickers, stories, and reels) across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, supporting social marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Adapt campaign assets into social-optimised formats, ensuring suitability across platforms and placements.
- Apply and uphold the brand’s tone of voice and visual guidelines, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and reflective of the brand’s personality.
- Support the upkeep and application of social templates and content guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognisable presence across channels.
- Support the planning and upkeep of a social media content calendar, contributing to content planning and ensuring timely delivery of publish-ready assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content alignment with ongoing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of social, telco, and media trends, spotting relevant cultural moments and translating them into timely, on-brand social content.
- Explore and apply AI tools to support content ideation, editing, and production efficiency, where appropriate.
- Analyse social content performance and iterate on formats and approaches to continuously optimise engagement and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a closely related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in-house or at a media, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Proven experience producing social content, including short-form video and campaign-based assets.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and CapCut.
- Experience filming with mobile devices; familiarity with DSLR cameras or DJI equipment is a plus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform-specific best practices.
- Strong visual sensibility with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
