Job Description

• The Digital Analyst should have a strong passion to use data meticulously to analyse ways to improve app/website performance metrics to achieve KPI targets.
• He/She will on multiple projects at the same time including analytics solution design, tagging implementation, site performance reporting and conversion optimization.
• Translating business reporting needs into viable web analytics solutions and tracking requirements
• Setting up and maintaining data validation, governance and testing processes for analytics solutions 

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage digital analytics platforms – Adobe Analytics, Firebase Analytics
• Implement and manage tags via tag management platform – Adobe Launch
• Customise data layer implementation on various web properties
• Customise analytics implementation for new and existing mobile applications
• Define test scenarios and test cases for ad-hoc analytics implementation projects and regular analytics implementation health check 
• Diagnose and report issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve analytics data discrepancies or platform issues
• Maintain a library of implementation documentations, test scenarios and test within the organization
• Perform regular tracking and end of campaign/activity report generation
• Make informed recommendations from data analysis to drive web elements, site content improvements and web site optimisation
• Participate in consultations with key stakeholders to understand business questions that can be answered through digital analytics data.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Firebase Analytics
• Exposure to tag management platforms and data layers
• Experience with Mobile Application testing on iOS and Android devices using diagnostic tools such as Charles Proxy.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regular Expression, JSON, jQuery, CSS, JSP, PHP and HTML
• Able to prioritize tasks with some guidance and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment with high attention to detail
• Efficiency in stakeholder management
• Excellent English comprehension and writing skills and tactful in interpersonal dealings
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
