Job Description

  • Responsible for driving the digital strategy and execution of StarHub brand, drive click throughs, page lands and online store traffic.
  • Responsible for new strategic an creative ways to drive all through-the-funnel activities and metrics, from large digital-driven Above-the-Line campaigns to always-on work.
  • Responsible in digital strategic initiatives - Affiliate, Social, Display, Programmatic and SEM campaigns, to ensure campaigns to achieve their intended performance targets.
  • Manages budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
  • Ensures successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Works closely with the internal stakeholder to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years experience from agency or client’s side in leading teams across all the Digital marketing spectrum, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital and programmatic channels.
  • Excellent expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google/Adobe Analytics experience.
  • Strong understanding of Adtech and Martech tools; Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch.
  • Good to have: Having hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, Programmatic, 3rd Party Networks and DMP, Sprinklr is a plus.
  • Have a good balance of both highly technical and business-savvy, with interests in both marketing and technology.
  • Ability to make hard / strategic decisions, ability to galvanize and rally the team in digital Marketing transformation together, ability to shape ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders to make this transformation happen.
  • Front meetings to internal stakeholders (including senior management) with confidence and ease.
  • Strategic and creative for bottom-of-funnel activities.
  • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
