Job Description

You are required to manage daily claims adjustment requests from vendors on the field work and ensure accountability of the CPE and stocks assigned to the Field Team. You should have an eye for details and multitasking abilities with commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify daily claims adjustment requests from Vendors in accordance to Schedule of Rates.
  • Conduct manual verifications for unsuccessful orders.
  • Prepared summary of claims for approval by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Ensure accuracy of summary of claims for routing to HOD approval.
  • Execute SURF requests from Vendor Management to revert payout to Vendor due to recurring service call.
  • Conduct periodic equipment spot check with Field Teams and follow-up with internal teams to resolve system/process issues to maintain accountability.
  • Co-ordinate with Field Team and Finance Inventory to conduct monthly Finance Stock Check and follow-up with internal teams to resolving system/process issues to maintain accountability.
  • Conduct weekly inventory check with Field Team and follow-up with internal teams to resolving system/process issues to maintain accountability.
  • Prepare and submit a SURF request for the write-off of lost equipment by the Field Team.
  • Prepare and submit a SURF request to Finance for billing lost equipment from the Vendor.
  • Prepare and submit manual billing for lost equipment from Field Team to HR.
  • Follow up with the internal team to deplete the loss of equipment by both the Field Team.
  • Always adhere to system and process compliance to prevent errors which will lead to poor customer experience.
  • Liaise with vendor when there are discrepancies of the billing.
  • Validate reports to ensure the claims are accurate.

Key Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’/‘O’/’A’ levels, ITE or Diploma holders with a min of 1 year working experience 
  • Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint applications.
     
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills. 
  • Alert and meticulous in work. 
  • Analytical in thought process.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
  • Ability to work with all levels including technicians/contractors and internal customers. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and time constraint environment. 
  • Able to work in accordance to established guidelines, procedures, and performance standards. 
  • Team player & customer oriented.
