Job Description

Job purpose 
•    Support cloud and automation services operations to grow business and increase productivity.
•    Be accountable for development of processes to manage cloud, enterprise systems and automation operations, assist in technical architecture and standards development, leadership and team development  

Key Responsibilities
•    Hands on delivery and operations of cloud, enterprise and automation service offerings
•    Provide presales/ post sales support to sales and delivery teams
•    Build the team into a practice team for pre-sales support and post-sales delivery activities 
•    Day-to-day operations of managing Cloud and Enterprise Systems (OS, Virtualization, HCI, storage, Azure & Aws) as well as automation solutions (Ansible & Terraform), overseeing systems management, incident resolution, problem and change management, capacity and availability management, service continuity and service level management
•    Create metrics, reports, and recommended remediation options and plans to improve cloud implementations.
•    Lead delivery of large complex enterprise-wide infrastructure projects/ programs with multiple interfaces and 3rd parties
•    Lead team in delivery of robust infrastructure services with end-to-end mentality 
•    Provisioning and supporting services and solutions deployed on public cloud like AWS and Azure
•    Shared services infrastructure support: SNMP monitoring, DNS, DHCP, backups, logging, etc.
•    Review current process and practices for effectiveness, quality and simplification
•    Work closely with teams in EBG to provide fully automated build and deployment routines as well as operational tasks to improve productivity, quality and cost savings

Requirements

•    Diploma / Degree in IT / Engineering related field with at least 10 years of related working experience.
•    Advance level knowledge with enterprise systems (servers, storage, virtualization, etc)
•    Deep experience and expertise in hybrid infrastructure like VMware, Nutanix, AWS and Azure cloud technology
•    Deep experience and expertise in application hosting infrastructure using containers and containers management platform like Kubernetes, Swarm, Openshift, 
•    Experience in performing the 5R (Rehost, Refactor, Revise, Rebuild & Replace) in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
•    Expertise in Operational automation and scripting with powershell, python, bash, etc
•    Expertise in Infrastructure as Code such as AWS Cloudformation, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, Ansible.
•    Good understanding of GitOps, Agile, ITIL, security and governance practices
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving ability as well as tenacity and perseverance to get things done
