Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary point of contact for all client account matters.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Holds ownership of bigger sized portfolio revenue and account matrix.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement with technology decision makers.
- Ability to identify areas of new opportunities, present, negotiate and close to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional internal departments to ensure that clients requirements are understood and met.
- Ensure timely and successful presentation of client-focused solutions based on clients’ requirements and objectives.
- Track and analyze usage data for account reviews.
- Assist with challenging client request or issue escalation as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with preference for technology related discipline and minimum 3 years’ sales experience in solutions selling
- Experience managing and leading a small team of individual sales contributor
- In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environment will be preferred
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skill
- Results-oriented with strong customer focus
