Job Purpose

The Client Services Partner is responsible for the end-to-end management of opportunities, starting from the identification to the closure of Next Gen Digital Workplace and Integrated Managed Services deals in the Enterprise client sector.
He/she will partner with sales, pre-sales/solution architects, and provide guidance in shaping complex deals as well as developing strong business proposal to boost sales and profitability.

 

Responsibilities

•    Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including sales, revenue & profit targets.
•    Develop a comprehensive business roadmap to achieve these targets, which includes defining the go-to-market strategy, resources/skill alignment, business partnership and investment.
•    Be an advocate for Starhub NextGen Digital Workplace Services, coordinating with marketing on lead generation and drive the adoption of new technologies and tools (including automation, analytics, and AI) in solution stack. 
•    Identify and foster new leads in NextGen DW Services through right-level client engagement, from mid management to C-Suites, procurement, and finance.
•    Leverage on Starhub’s extensive portfolio of product offerings, from Voice & Collaboration to 5G IoT Platform to build an integrated NextGen DW services proposal with a unique value differentiator.
•    Develop effective business proposal that translate the benefits of NextGen DW services into quantifiable business values, including staff productivity and retention, NPS score / CustSat, among others. 
•    Assess and qualify leads, shape, and progress opportunities to closure.
•    Lead the cross-collaboration of sales, product/technical and delivery team on continuous adoption of digital enablers and increase overall profitability.
•    Build and consolidate a database of sales collateral, including sales cheat sheet, product offerings, competitive landscape, benchmark market price and client references.
•    Implement regular sales management system, including business performance, pipeline and forecast. 
•    Provide coaching and guidance, identify area for skill augmentation as needed.
•    Responsible for managing effective customer relationship with clients
•    Maintains communication with clients and assists in the successful transition of projects from the engagement team to the delivery team 

Requirements

•    Degree in engineering or related field with at least 15 years of related experience, preferably in IT Service Provider industry. 
•    Proven sales track record, with experience in leading and closing of large complex managed services deals.
•    Knowledge of Next Gen Digital Workplace and Integrated Managed Services product offering.
•    Possess excellent communication and negotiation skill with experience engaging C-Suite members.
•    Resilient individual who is able to adapt in a dynamic environment
