Job Description

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Order Book, Billable Revenue, Dollar Margin & Customer NPS
  • Winning new Order Book from assigned Carrier account by growing existing business & increase sales of new services.  
  • Winning new Order Book from new Logo through prospecting in assigned sub-segment.
  • Ensure timely response to needs of clients.
  • Develop account plans that are focused on maintaining/growing accounts by researching and developing an understanding of the customer business and organizational landscape.
  • Lead coordinated sales approach with extended sales team members (Presales Technical Consultant, Product, Commercial Management, Legal, Sales Operations, etc.) to drive opportunities to closure through lead to cash stages.
  • Contribute to customer contract renewals and negotiations to reduce churn.
  • Keep abreast of Industry trend & ecosystem dynamic in assigned segment to develop holistic view of market requirement.
  • Discerning, developing and winning opportunities from business partnerships & mutually beneficial engagement.
  • Drive Internal Initiatives to improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in solution selling in Domestic & International connectivity, cloud, security with good understanding of the digital transformation driving client's requirements.
  • Familiarity with requirements from OTT, Carriers and Data Centers in APAC.
  • Proficient at planning and executing account strategies and maintaining effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers.
  • A strong understanding of social selling, using tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Able to create sales pipeline and effectively forecast sales cycles.
  • Able to work across teams to deliver high quality solution proposals.
  • Able to operate in a fast moving and dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
