Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Program Manager based in Singapore. The Business Program Manager (BPM) is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing cross‑functional programs, and ensuring alignment between business goals, operational needs, and technology teams. The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, performance tracking, and process optimization to deliver high‑impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Planning & Execution
    • Develop program charters, scopes, timelines, and success criteria.
    • Lead end‑to‑end execution of business programs—from ideation and planning to delivery and post‑implementation evaluation.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., Product, IT, Finance, Operations, HR) to ensure program goals are met.
    • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  2. Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the central point of contact for executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and delivery teams.
    • Translate business objectives into actionable plans and ensure alignment across departments.
    • Prepare and present business cases, executive updates, dashboards, and program reports
  3. Data‑Driven Decision Making
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to assess performance and provide insights.
    • Recommend improvements based on KPIs, ROI, adoption metrics, and business impact.
    • Work with stakeholders to design reporting frameworks and dashboards to track program health.
  4. Process Optimization & Change Management
    • Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Ensure new processes are operationalized by working with stakeholders to conduct enablement and training sessions to drive adoption.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience across roles including consulting, business transformation, project management, sales support, business operations in Telco Enterprise business units, Enterprise ICT Service Providers, Global Managed Services Providers and mid-large System Integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, mid to large-scale enterprise ICT or transformation projects and in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must be a self-motivator, possess leadership and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Able to travel
