Job Description
The Business Development (BD) Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth and value creation by leading customer and stakeholder engagement, pipeline building, market analysis and strategic partnerships. This role aligns with the company's Data & AI capability expansion to deliver long-term business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand pipelines across local and international markets, driving revenue and customer value.
- Identify and collaborate with partners to conceptualize new products and services, ensuring alignment with market demands and competitive dynamics.
- Formulate and implement GTM strategies for Data & AI products and services, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead BD efforts to understand customer needs, introduce Data & AI solutions and provide guidance on leveraging telco data insights for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, government agencies and commercial entities to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Work with the Enterprise Business Group Sales team to architect and price Data & AI solutions for maximum proposal success.
- Partner with the Marketing team to enhance customer engagement and drive demand for Data & AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in analytics or related domain.
- Minimum 6 years of proven and related track record in the telco data analytics or related domain.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading analytics product, service and/or business development.
- High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result-oriented.
- Strong business acumen and ability to leverage available resources for maximum returns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept in building and growing relationships with customers and partners.
