Role Mission:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Delivery & Business Enablement (DBE) team, supporting StarHub’s Consumer Journeys across the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
You will lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle — from business discovery and stakeholder alignment to supporting solution definition and post-release validation — ensuring delivery teams are enabled with high-quality, testable, and traceable requirements.
You will play a critical role in shaping digital journeys for key consumer platforms such as the StarHub App and eShop, with a focus on self-service, digital onboarding, usage insights, billing, support, and renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement with Consumer Journey Owners and Product Managers to gather strategic business needs
- Translate journey objectives into well-defined functional, non-functional, and data requirements
- Define epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence
- Ensure documentation traceability from requirement through design, development, and testing
- Drive quality and completeness in backlog readiness across squads
- Partner with QA/QE to define UAT test cases and align test coverage with business intent
- Review and triage defects to validate alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate sign-off processes for requirements, test outcomes, and post-release validation
- Partner with Journey Owners, CX leads, UX/UI designers, Solution Designers, QA/QE, TPMs and DevOps teams
- Support sprint ceremonies, release planning, and grooming sessions to ensure timely, aligned delivery
- Participate in solution walkthroughs and change impact analysis across multiple domains
Qualifications
Minimum Profile/ Track Record:
- 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management roles, with proven track record supporting digital consumer platforms (mobile/web) in agile delivery environments
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Agile (e.g. SAFe, CSM) or BA certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
- Strong familiarity with backend systems such as CRM, billing, identity, and integration layers
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Experience documenting digital journeys, mobile/web self-serve features, or customer portals
- Experience within the telecommunications sector or large-scale customer-facing platform programs is a plus
