Role Mission

 

Support the delivery and optimisation of StarHub’s Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems (FRCS) by providing business analysis and delivery support for both StarHub core operations and acquired entities (e.g. MRBB). 

This role focuses on supporting acquired entities during integration and steady-state operations, while also managing day-to-day partnering with StarHub Finance and FRCS teams to ensure requirements, processes, and system changes are clearly understood and documented. 

 

Accountabilities 

 

  • Support business analysis activities for FRCS initiatives covering both StarHub and acquired entities (e.g. MRBB). 
  • Act as a day-to-day analysis support contact for acquired entities, helping them articulate finance, risk, and compliance needs in alignment with StarHub standards. 
  • Assist in documenting business and functional requirements for BAU, post-acquisition, and stabilisation activities. 
  • Support process understanding and alignment between acquired entities and StarHub FRCS processes. 
  • Enable effective communication and partnering between acquired entities, StarHub Finance teams, IS delivery teams, and vendors through clear documentation. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Support acquired entities (e.g. MRBB) by gathering and documenting requirements, issues, and process gaps related to FRCS systems. 
  • Assist in documenting current-state processes for acquired entities and comparing them against StarHub target processes, under guidance from Functional Leads. 
  • Support StarHub Finance and FRCS teams by documenting change requests, enhancements, and BAU requirements. 
  • Translate inputs from Finance users and Functional Leads into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both StarHub and acquired entities, including test preparation, coordination, and defect tracking. 
  • Assist with documenting process and system impacts for acquired entities during post-acquisition changes. 
  • Work closely with IS delivery teams and vendors to clarify documented requirements and support issue resolution. 
  • Maintain analysis artefacts and documentation in line with FRCS governance standards.

  • Improved readiness of users across StarHub and acquired entities for FRCS system changes. 

 

Ideal Track Record 

 

  • 8–12 years of experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or People Systems functional roles. 
  • Strong hands-on experience designing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Proven ability to translate HR policy and business needs into system-enabled process design. 
  • Experience working with enterprise HR platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) from a functional/business perspective. 
  • Demonstrated success partnering with HR, IS, and vendors in complex organisations. 
  • Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments preferred
