Job Description

(This position is based at Petaling Jaya, Dataran Hamodal)

• Analyse application forms/ reports, preparation and verification of data for billing and adjustments
• Verification of bills to ensure timelines and accuracy of billing
• Liaise with offshore delivery centre/ counterparts to complete the operation
• Collaborate with internal and external Business Partners on operational activities, and participate in data analysis and adhoc initiatives
• Support adhoc billing operation duties as and when assigned

Qualifications

• Appropriate qualification in Finance/ Accounting
• At least 2 years of experiences in billing function
• Able to handle work pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong adaptability to changing work environments, work priorities and organisational needs
• High proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
