Asst Manager/Senior Executive, Value & Retention
This role encompasses the development, execution, and optimization of retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns across multiple channels, aimed at enhancing customer engagement, driving revenue growth, and improving retention for a range of products and services. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaigns, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, refining customer segmentation strategies, and exploring innovative approaches to expand the adoption of digital services.
Key Accountabilities:
Campaign Strategy
- Identify and pursue revenue enhancement opportunities and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with overall business goals, product launches, and promotional strategies
- Define, implement, and continuously refine the customer segmentation strategy and journey
- Identify key customer segments for targeted campaigns and develop personalized messaging strategies to drive engagement
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates to optimize results
- Utilize SQL to extract and analyze customer data, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness
Campaign Operations and Planning
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app and various other communication channels
- Drive the overall strategy for automating existing campaign segments in alignment with the customer lifecycle journey
- Implement and automate finer aspects such as contact policies at the customer level to enhance the customer experience from BTL interventions, resulting in improved conversion of targeted offers and reduced churn
- Drive the NBO decision matrix and work with Data Science to balance decision tree methods with scientific frameworks
- Ensure effective communication and execution of campaigns and offers to the existing customer base
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or similar field
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in campaign management, preferably in telecommunications, tech, FMCG or a related industry
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Good working knowledge of Tableau as well as SQL
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
