Job Description
Role Mission:
This role exists to provide senior solution sales leadership for StarHub’s Network and Cloud portfolio. The Assistant Solution Sales Director leads complex, high-value solution pursuits, shapes go-to-market strategies, and ensures strong deal governance while mentoring solution sales managers.
Accountabilities:
• Drive strategic solution sales growth across network and cloud portfolios
• Lead complex, high-value enterprise opportunities
• Provide commercial and solution leadership to solution sales managers
• Shape account strategies and pipeline quality
• Ensure margin discipline and delivery readiness
Responsibilities:
• Lead executive-level customer engagements
• Shape network and cloud transformation solutions
• Guide solution sales managers on deal strategy and pricing
• Partner with presales and architects on solution integrity
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and GTM initiatives
• Review commercials, pricing, and risk positions
• Support forecasting and management reporting
Team Scope / Stakeholders:
• Senior Individual Contributor with functional leadership
• Internal: Solution Sales Managers, Presales, SalesOps, Finance, Legal
• External: Strategic Customers, Vendors, Partners
Qualifications
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
• 8–12 years enterprise ICT solution sales experience
• Strong background in network and cloud solutions
