Job Description

This role plays a key part in driving growth for StarHub’s Consumer Business Group by shaping and implementing full-funnel marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement, acquisitions and customer lifetime value.

 

We are looking for a commercially-minded marketer with a strong growth mindset. Beyond marketing communications, this individual is expected to leverage data, customer insights and performance optimisation to drive measurable business outcomes.

 

With a customer-first mindset, the incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Product, Sales, Go-to-Market and Analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimise performance across the funnel, and deliver impactful campaigns that contribute directly to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across consumer products and services
  • Plan and implement full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital media and CRM 
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and business performance to derive insights and recommend optimisation opportunities
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to improve media efficiency, audience targeting and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support effective targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives across creatives, messaging, offers and customer journeys to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, Sales teams to support launch plans and marketing initiatives aligned to business priorities
  • Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders



Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
  • Min. 4–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proven experience in developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys and campaign performance metrics
  • Commercially driven with a proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
