Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel GTM marketing campaigns to support business line growth targets
- Collaborate with sales and GTM leads to align marketing activities to SQLs and deal closure metrics
- Design and implement trade marketing programs, including events, collaterals, and sales enablement kits
- Partner with external vendors (e.g., Samsung, Vodafone) for joint promotions and campaigns
- Track campaign performance across Salesforce and Unica; report impact and optimise for ROI
- Manage agency partners to execute creative and digital deliverables
- Support both existing marketing programs and develop new ones where gaps exist
- Ensure brand consistency and market relevance across all touchpoints
- Stay up to date with competitor, industry, and partner trends to make data-informed marketing decisions
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally in tech or services
- Proven track record in campaign execution, sales alignment, and partner co-marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Unica, and Adobe tools
- Strong project management, agency management, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret marketing performance metrics (e.g., SQL, conversion rate, funnel velocity)
