Job Description

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical marketeer for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager to drive customer retention and lifecycle management strategy for SME market segment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer lifecycle management portfolio to retain and build customer loyalty for StarHub Mobile services.
  • Analyze customer base and usage profile to drive the appropriate offers for business case approval.
  • Engage closely with key stakeholders to ensure operation readiness for promotions roll-out.
  • Design and implement range of targeted offers and up-sell efforts to increase arpu and customer retention.
  • Track and optimize campaign execution across different media channels and sales conversions across internal and external sales channels. 
  • Define and document campaign briefs, business rules for marketing automation tools to support the campaign execution. 
  • Develop overall lifecycle marketing communications plan, leveraging on appropriate marketing channels to maximize customer engagement and outreach.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 5 years of marketing experience in Customer Lifecycle Management for B2B customers
  • Experience in devising customer retention/loyalty programs for B2B customers
  • Knowledge in Telco/IT industry preferred
  • Ability to drive marketing programs independently and work well as a team player
  • Keen eye for details and strong analytical skills in dissecting customer profile. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to and influence key stakeholders
