Job Responsibilities

 

  1. To enforce brand guidelines across Enterprise Business Group brand awareness in both Enterprise, Mid-Market and Small Medium Business segments.
  2. To plan and execute go-to-market plans into marketing communication strategies leading to increase product and services visibility, sales, brand loyalty and improving customer experience for ALL segments.
  3. To create both traditional & digital communication strategies by looking into 3 primary areas:
    1. Messaging - Specialise in making sure the marketing message is heard and seen by the target audience
    2. Creatives - Generate out-of-the-box ideas in messaging, layouts and design to attract business customers attention.
    3. Communication Channel - Propose both traditional and digital communication channels to reach the target business audience. Provide ROI analysis and make recommendations to optimise the media investments.
  4. To develop throught-the-line communication that is data-driven and segment-focused with accountability on the effectiveness and efficiency of the communications. To work closely with the Enterprise Marketing team and other stakeholders to deliver all marketing activities on time and within agreed budget.
  5. Work closely with creative agencies on integrated marketing campaigns that include advertising, print, digital, social media, sponsorships, on ground activation and event management.
  6. To specialise in planning and executing a range of corporate events, which includes conference, exhibitions, seminars, roundtables, roadshow and other hospitality events, with clear focus on excellent customer experience. Making use of the events, to create opportunities for StarHub executives and leaders to engage with C-suite customers and generate awareness and interest for StarHub ICT products.
  7. Measure rate of RSVPs, turnout, overall experience and satisfaction of pre, actual and post event.
  8. Manage Marketing and Promotion Budget.

Requirements

 

  • Proven track record and with minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing communications and equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – especially in the English language
  • A professional who takes a highly creative approach to problem solving and enjoys coming up with innovative ideas that leverage traditional and new communications mediums.
  • Able to see opportunities and capitalize on it, instead of waiting for directives; have excellent influencing skills and very high on ownership and accountability,
  • The selected candidate will be required to work independently, but at the same time, be a strong team player.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated success in interacting with senior management on the development of communication strategies for internal and external distribution
  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering or related discipline
  • Good understanding of the Telco industry and key players is preferred
