Product Assistant Manager

Job Description:
giga, the digital brand of StarHub aims to provide Consumers with a seamless, simple, and convenient way to access mobile services, digital solutions, and digital lifestyle benefits all through an app.
The Product Assistant Manager for giga, is responsible for the development and launch of new products and services, as well as the management of giga's existing product portfolio. This includes soliciting customer/market feedback, conducting market research, identifying and evaluating new opportunities, developing product roadmaps, managing the product development process backed by commercial sizing and opportunities

Responsibilities:
• Drive the best customer experience in an app through digital-first products and services, both new and existing portfolios
• Responsible for NPS of new customers and existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify new customer needs and opportunities.
• Evaluate new product and service ideas.
• Develop product roadmaps and timelines.
• Manage the product development process, including working with technical teams, app developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Test and validate products and services before launch.
• Launch and market new products and services.
• Manage giga's existing product portfolio, including making enhancements and fixing bugs.
• Track and analyze product performance.
• Monitor the performance of sales, competitive movements, conduct pricing benchmarks, insights from data analytics and use this information to create new competitive offerings
• Work with other departments within the company to ensure that products and services are aligned with the company's overall strategy.



Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from ideation to launch.
• Experience in conducting market research and developing product roadmaps.
• Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Singapore market.
• Experience in working with startups and scaleups.
• Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and marketing professionals.
