Job Description
This role will be in a position to lead strategic marketing operations and planning within the Brand and Marcomms team, driving alignment across functions in the organisation. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting business goals with marketing performance and operational efficiency, and will lead planning cycles, optimize processes, and ensure efforts are aligned, data-informed, and commercially effective. Partnering with teams across communications, performance marketing, analytics, and finance, this individual will shape how marketing operates at scale—bringing together strategy, insights, and execution to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
· Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning cycles, translating strategic business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps.
· Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Partner with performance marketing and analytics to develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive transparency and accountability.
· Conduct campaign reviews and retrospectives to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
· Oversee budget tracking, resource planning, and process optimization across marketing channels and initiatives.
· Implement scalable frameworks, toolkits, and workflows to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
· Collaborate with finance to manage marketing budgets, forecast spend, and evaluate ROI.
· Work closely with internal business units to solve operational challenges and improve marketing efficiency.
· Champion the adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including marketing AI, to drive innovation and operational agility.
· Support onboarding and enablement programs to build marketing capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, business analytics, or consulting.
· Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
· Solid understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and ROI frameworks.
· Experience in consumer-facing industries such as telecom, tech, or FMCG is preferred.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
